I have rented my house for 6 months with them and the bills I am receiving are beyond my word. I feel they are not honest at all.I do not recommend them and I will change them ASAP. The manager was rude and entered my home without letting me know. Their staff has changed a couple of times. They have some stupid rules like getting a pet deposit and pocketing it for themselves. So disappointed and feel robbed!

I am tremendously disappointed with Greenhouse Property Management. My experience as tenant was frustrating and unprofessional. They were unresponsive to multiple service requests and falsely claimed attempted contact, closing out as resolved despite no actual resolution. During a recent phone call, their escalation to a yelling voice made me very uncomfortable. There is a lack of accountability on their part. I will not be renting with them again.
