Did not receive security deposit back. Apartment hall constantly smelled like trash because trash chute was regularly broken.
Maintenance was quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

UPDATE - don’t rent here if you have a dog. I have used a padlock on the fence for the dog walker to get the key and key fob. Now they randomly decide the padlocks have to go - WHILE THE CALLBOX IS BROKEN. No communication just a unilateral decision. No alternative given. This place is terrible. Don’t rent here, especially if you have a dog. In addition there are alarms that go off all the time. There are newer buildings renting for less - check them out.
