From Searching, Move In & Lease renewal the process was smooth with the help of Kendra. She is amazing. The other thing we love about living here at the GH apt's is that they are part of Apartment Life which was something new to us. (Bonus to have in the apartment community). We had a real nice coordinator but she moved but replaced by a lovely couple and they go above and beyond with the decors on each event for the residents. Greenhouse Apartments has such a quaint and charming feel. I loved the inviting pool area and the overall peaceful vibe of the community. I met with the manager, Kendra, who was friendly, professional, and welcoming, along with the rest of the staff. I work with Apartment Life, and I’m always excited to see communities like Greenhouse that have an onsite team hosting fun, meaningful events for residents. It’s a great place to live with a strong sense of community!
Run away from this as fast as you can. They will find excuses to take away your security deposit when you move out. The apartment we lived in wasn't clean when we moved in, kitchen cabinets were painted which was peeling out within a day, stove coils were lopsided and one of them even had sparks due to uneven heat distribution and made a hole in my sauce pan, dishwasher heat never worked even after they tried fixing it multiple times and didn't bother replacing it. Out of the apartments we had been browsing, Greenhouse seemed to be a great fit for us. Touring our unit alone gave us that “when can I move in?” feeling, though their sister properties are also very nice; something seemed right with Greenhouse. A modest community with a homey feeling is just what we were looking for. Our leasing agent Kendra has a great attitude and helped us nicely along our application process.
