They don’t provide cameras & just recently I’ve had packages stolen in mid day & the management won’t even send out a notice to be alert that packages are being stolen. Quiet areas, close to many stores and freeways
I enjoyed living at greenhouse apartments, I like there events and maintenance service, and management is super responsive and Kendra particularly so nice and helpful to tenants all the time. She doesn’t delay on helping tenants, the tasks which are in her control. Coming to the location is close to Target and have good walking pathways and 12-15mins walk to all grocery stores, restaurants and shopping outlets like kohls, Ross marshals. A very good walking pathways feels safe all the time, Overall it’s a great place to live.
Was on deerpark Dr for 5 years at this residence & when I first got there management was way better than what it is now. I always thought it was nice here until they removed the cameras from the parking lots. My car got vandalized multiple times in there parking lot , they constantly tow cars if you don’t have a guest permit , someone broke into the laundry Matt lockers and stole all my property in my locker and they did nothing about the vandalism to my car and the break in to the laundry Matt. My husband and I are truly grateful for Kendra who helped us with applying for our apartment. We were having issues initially with the online application and being able to submit payment. Thankfully Kendra took the time to walk us through the steps and we were able to complete everything. We are extremely excited to move into our beautiful apartment and start the new chapter of our lives. Thank you Greenhouse staff both of you were amazing.....
