PT 2.because they forgot to charge it to us...they're demanding all of these things but can't even have a community running properly. I personally don't want to give a thing. The office staff love to say that there's so many problems because this is a new community but my last apartments were brand new and I didn't experience HALF of these issues. There are just too many issues, inconsistencies, and inconveniences on this property. I am not a happy resident.
PT 1. I moved to this community in July and it's now December.These by far have to be the worst. Reading the other review I'm glad /shocked to see that I wasn't the only one dealing with the exact same issues.THE MICE PROBLEM. I experienced the same thing in my actual home. When I brought up the mice issue, the staffed act as if it was unheard of. They came and sprayed for the mice after I called twice. The comments on this site r joke! Go to YELP & read the comments as well as the ones that are hiden! If I could give them a ZERO I would! I wish we'd NEVER moved in. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE I'VE EVER LIVED IN. These are not upscale apts & are asking for WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR THE QUALITY! It's like paying Hollywood prices to live in the hood NOT Insulated properly you hear ALL the street noise & people talking outside. It's horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Looks good from the outside. ITS LIKE YOUR OVER PAYING TO LIVE IN THE HOOD. There is no security. The gates are always opened. There is always trash left for days outside. The amenities look nice but you can't rent the club house for functions and your locker out after 5 when everyone leaves. There are rats in our apts. & the ants are uncontrollable. Its obvious they used VERY cheap material to build the complex. They try to convince you there will be plenty of parking & theirs not.
