Sold us a cork flooring they said was water resistant and could be placed adjacent to a bathroom in a bedroom hallway. Less than one year later, just from toweled off feet walking over the cork, the flooring had early signs of mold and buckled. The team had been shown photos of where the flooring would go, asked questions that gave them context to guide us. I wanted to share a rave review about Ean Horton, who helped me out in a time crunch so I could get the flooring I had purchased earlier delivered in time for it to acclimate before the scheduled installation. Ean was prompt, efficient, extremely responsive, very kind, and above all effective. His intervention made all the difference for me and my stress level, which went from very high before I spoke with him to zero once he worked his magic!
I had a great experience with Joseph A. Who helped me out of a jam. I had some damaged cork flooring that I needed to match. He helped me find the right product so I did not have to replace the whole floor. My contractor told me not to bother trying find some replacement boards as it would be waste of time, but with Joseph’s help it was not a waste of time. We will be back for more flooring in the future.

We were happy to find such a resource for more sustainably-made home upgrade options. The representatives were helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered beautiful, sustainably manufactured wool carpet. Their installation manager, Tim, was helpful and the installers were on time, courteous and efficient. The installation turned out great and we are very happy with the experience.
