This place wasn't great. Management is pretty rude and disorganized. Their roommate matching is bullshit. Since the very first day I moved in there were issues. My room was handed over to me disgusting including dirty carpet, shitty toilet, and dead stink bugs everywhere. We complained and management did a half ass job cleaning. TRASH PLACE!! Don’t fall for the trap of the nice apt. they show you at the beginning because that is not what you get. Had numerous problems while staying here. So many things went wrong in my complex like water issues, fridge issues, heat/cooling issues and it took maintenance at least 2 weeks to get to it. I also had constant issues with the pricing. These people are so rude and fake! They are super unfair & do not care about their residents. The leasing office has horrible customer service.
Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Over the last year we have had countless leaks, causing maintenance to cut large holes in our ceiling that went unrepaired for months. During one very large leak spanning roughly 3 feet of ceiling, maintenance was unreachable for 5 HOURS while water poured through our ceiling. Leasing entered our unit without notice which we have video proof of, and the furniture was torn to bits. We’ve gone days without hot water, or any running water at all.
