Shelley is a wonderful owner. She helped fix all of the issues I had with previous management. She greets everyone with wonderful energy that makes me feel welcome! Thank you Shelley for all you do!
This is the worst place you could choose to live in the entire city of Radford. They do shady stuff, they get you to sign weird leases and no two leases look alike even though you guys could be roommates. They got the audacity to charge $700 a month for the worst conditions, steps are broken, bug infested apartments, no consistent maintenance everything is genuinely awful. Terrible place to live and terrible people operating it. No clear communication, constant changes in management, mold issues and multiple ignored maintenance requests.
Extremely disappointed with this place and unfortunately it seems that even years later, this place still struggles to have professional and communicative management. To begin with, one month into my lease, the office called and emailed almost nonstop asking me to resign for the next year. Avoid at all costs! To the Property Owner- Bribing people to write a 5 Star review is pathetic. They take advantage of the collage students, because they can. The fact that their is fees for stupid things, and they can't keep track of who does and doesn't have insurance, so they just bill people and hope it's unseen. Consistently changing staff, even when their are good employees is ridiculous. You get use to one person then the next time its a new person.
