Staff was great.
Like how can they say you good pay December rent went to office to confirm and two weeks later they call asking for more money when the person pay rent for December they switch the account then get a call again and ask for 900 more dollars why would you say everything is good than say it’s not ask for more money then only give a short time to pay it or you kick them out ever since owner change they suck I do not recommend you to live here to may problems
I really like living at The Hills — the gym is open 24/7 and has enough equipment to get a good workout, and the sparkling pool with a sundeck and outdoor kitchen is great for relaxing when the weather’s nice. The community has nice touches and maintenance and staff are usually helpful too. sometimes the pool area gets busy but overall it’s a solid place to live with nice amenities.
Do NOT move here. Management used to be excellent, but ever since they switched living here has been awful. I cannot access my mail, it’s impossible for me to get my packages because the office holds them and is only open while I’m at work. Maintenance requests used to be completed quickly, this summer I waited over a month with no air conditioning as did many of my neighbors.
