This is by far the worst apartment complex in Columbus, Georgia. Nothing gets fixed. Maintenance requests are ignored, and the staff is extremely rude and dismissive. When I moved here, I was told this was a gated community. It has NOT been gated since the day I moved in. The gate has been broken, and because of that, there was a girl shot on the property. Tara was amazing
I recently called The Hill Apartments to get more information and had such a great experience. I spoke with Tyranie and she was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the first call. I’m really looking forward to working with her and hopefully becoming a future resident!
Staff was great.
Like how can they say you good pay December rent went to office to confirm and two weeks later they call asking for more money when the person pay rent for December they switch the account then get a call again and ask for 900 more dollars why would you say everything is good than say it’s not ask for more money then only give a short time to pay it or you kick them out ever since owner change they suck I do not recommend you to live here to may problems
