Always wonderful experiences, the staff make my kids feel at ease, they're both gentle and fun. Changed to 1 star, we were unable to make our appt because of car trouble, and since we had already rescheduled a previous appt the year before due to illness the Dr sent us a very curt letter formally dismissing my children from their practice. They did not complete any in-progress treatment, and did not offer a reasonable period for emergency care while we found a new provider.
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alexys for the incredible care she provided while helping my autistic son get his tooth cleaned today. She was so patient and explained every step, which made him feel at ease, even when he was scared. Thanks to her, he was calm and comfortable throughout the entire process! It warms my heart knowing that such dedicated professionals truly care for special-needs kids. I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Thank you, Alexys!
We are lucky to have such a wonderful pediatric dentist in the neighborhood! Dr Brenda and her team so patient, kind, and make going to the dentist fun for my kids.
Found them at the beginning of the pandemic and have kept bringing my 4 kiddos ever since. 2 of my kids have special needs, and this dentistry remains patient, kind and they make everything from scheduling to getting the dental work that is needed as easy as possible.
Dr Ho is great at what she does and very kind! Whole experience was easy and kept our little guy calm the entire time!
