They have no customer service what so ever! I was asked not to face the nail technician; resulting in me swinging my chair when ever she switched hands she was working on. I have never been treated so rudely at any nail shop. Also the top coat applied to my nails has began to chip; another thing i have never experienced. Their designs were simple but extremely expensive, and they had a limited amount of nail polish color available. I find this salon very relaxing. I have been there about 10 times. They do overcharge. They open late and leave early so you can miss them by more than a half hour. I appreciate that Jerry Springer is not blasting from the TV and the music is very appropriate, unlike several places I have been too. Tiffany and Tina are the best they have. There are a couple that are not skilled. They definately have a "we don't care" attitude about building their business. There are no apologies for keeping you waiting or poor work. I would not ever recommend this place. I will personally say this place is the worst place I have ever gone to. I spent $40 on a fill and they looked horrible. They had lumps and were uneven. the worst thing about it is they did not want to compensate their horrible work.I still had to pay the ful price .They were lucky that it would be too embarrising for me to walk out and not pay..So i really think this place is the worst!!!!
