This place doesn't fix anything but will go up on your rent even if you don't have heat/ AC for months. You can call the Millennia corporate yet still nothing gets fixed. They noticed if you have pets yet will not fix/ update anything. I had a unit where me and my son were without A/C before, during, and after the summer. The AC and heating is connected so when it started getting cold there was no heat either. So of course I had to buy some heaters as well.
