Michelle in the front office is the absolute best! Due to some last-minute changes, I was forced to find a new place to move into with only a few days to work with. Michelle and Greenhaven were extremely helpful and assisted me in getting everything straightened out with my big move in only a few days time. Don't let the cute staged photos fool you- Can you say roaches? Upon moving in, we were appalled to discover that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned and had a severe roach infestation. Fortunately, our belongings had not yet been moved in, allowing us to terminate the lease and relocate. This ordeal was particularly distressing as we had just moved from out of state. Home sweet home! The staff here is amazing! Michelle and Amanda hands down are in the right position and place. From the first day I stepped foot in the office I knew that I was home. Machelle was very attentive and on time. She made my transition to Greenhaven flawless. All of my questions and concerns were/ are addressed immediately. Maintenance is always on time . Thank you all for your service and making me feel at home!
My family and I have lived here for 3 years and we LOVE it! The entire staff at this location go above and beyond to make the residents feel and know that they truly care for everyone within this community. The ladies who work the front office always handle any concerns and questions very promptly.
