I've been a resident here for almost 4 years. Sadly, the Greenhaven community I once LOVED seems gone! I had an amazing prior experience living here when it was ran by Lincoln Properties! Previously, I left a glowing review that I've removed. I've only left a few negative reviews in my time and don't take it lightly. Since Willow Bridge has taken over- the community has gone downhill tremendously! The quality of some new tenants being approved is shocking. Every work order I’ve submitted has been completed within 24 hrs.. The maintenance team & front office is very tentative to my concerns .. I’m looking forward to living on this property for a couple years
Michelle in the front office is the absolute best! Due to some last-minute changes, I was forced to find a new place to move into with only a few days to work with. Michelle and Greenhaven were extremely helpful and assisted me in getting everything straightened out with my big move in only a few days time. The office staff is always available to help you with whatever it is you need and the property itself is very well maintained.
