Edit: The most recent manager is actually turning things around. Site is nice, price is fair, maintenance workers are very kind and dedicated, and the newest manager is already super involved.
The new owners are extremely poor at handling emergency maintenance. We've had a leak in our roof for three days. We called the office to report it, and later called maintenance directly just to hear that they didn't even send the report over to him. The roof tiles look like they're going to fall in, and maintenance can't get to us till they finish with the company's other properties in other towns. They could have prevented this entirely by shoveling snow off the roof early on since this is apparently a known problem, but t... read more
the neighbors are nosy and will complain to the landlord about everything the landlords are nice but I do not recommend it here it is a living hell
The manager is extremely sweet and helpful, a good price for a very nice group of apartments
The landlord is extremely nice and helpful and the apartments are very clean! The process of signing a lease was very fast as well.
