In 2016 I had hail damage to my roof. Greenhagen roofing was recommended as a local roofer. I called them as well as my insurance company. Liberty Mutual covered the replacement so Greenhagen had essentially a blank check to replace my roof. In 2021 I had ice backup under the shingles and it damaged my guest bedroom as well as my bathroom. I called Greenhagen to fix it and was billed again for a repair to the area which I later found out had no ice or water shield.
