Greenglen Apartments are the best I've ever lived in and I've live in quite few in the Dayton area. Lisa, in the office, has been a Godsend to me during a very stressful time. She bent over backwards to help me out of an awful situation. The apartment is clean, well maintained and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Everything I needed was completed quickly and flawlessly. I just moved into Greenglen apartments a little while ago and I am in love with the staff; Lisa is awesome and so helpful and kind, she went the extra mile for me and Shawn (sp?) our maintenance guru is amazing. The whole place is well taken care of, the grounds are beautiful and all my neighbors have been so welcoming and friendly. I love the floorplan and the accessibility to a wide selection of businesses and amenities in the area makes it so easy to do business and shopping. Wonderful apartments with a great location! On call maintenance staff and easy access to local restaurants!
There is no available maintenance person, no lawn care, blue tarps on overly needed repairing roofs... Not to mention a very rude property manager... and she wants to raise rent... Good side: GREAT NEIGHBORS!
