Neighbor uses service today is the third time I have caught them blowing the debris from the driveway and curb to my side of the street to the neighbors on each side. Each time I have asked them stop and clean up they do not this time the actually laughed at me! Called office was upset used a swear word not at person and she couldn’t get past my being unprofessional to even apologize or say what she would do. RecommendedGreat service!!! After years of looking for a good company... finally I found them and hope to keep the quality. They do what you ask them to do. If there is something to be improved, they take care immediately. They ask approval before doing it. You have access online to see your statements, send messages, read emails, ecc.
We started using GreenGate 2 years ago for weekly lawn maintenance, shrub trimming and the lawn fertilization program. What a difference they have made in the overall health and appearance of our yard. I highly recommend them. Keith and his team are professional and responsive to all of our needs. No question or problem is too small.
We've been using this company for a while now. They are extremely quick to respond to any problems or concerns. No business is perfect and lord knows lawns in texas are constantly fighting high temps and harsh sun but this company has gone above and beyond to correct any issues we may have. I also like that they email me a quote for any additional work, bill my credit card directly, and thoroughly explain methods to improve my lawn. Recommended to our neighbors and anyone in need of lawn care :)
GreenGate has been taking care of our lawn for a couple years now and I highly recommend them for any service they have to offer. They do an outstanding job, are reliable, and any time I have called with questions about different services they have been very informative and on top of things. They take care and value their customers and I also love all of their treatments are pet friendly so I don’t have to worry about our small dog getting sick from anything. Keep up the good work!!
