Eric Perreault was in today to service an older heat pump unit. He was able to fix it on the spot! He was kind and courteous and very professional! Thank you for the great service and saving our unit! Much appreciated 🤩 Happy Pictou Customers!

Horrible!! Wish I could give zero stars!!! Called and made an appointment last week for heat pump service and was scheduled for 8-12 AM today. Waited home all morning..no show. Got a call at 11:30 explaining he was running late. Got a call at 2:30 he couldn’t find my address. He was in New Brunswick! I am literally 20 minutes from their office in New Glasgow. He had to reschedule…but then was 3 weeks out!! Really? You screwed up the appointment and now I am 3 weeks out on your priority list. Never again!!
I got my attic insulated by this company today bringing my R value up to 60. Very friendly guys. From my view they were efficient and cared about doing the job right. Would recommend them to others. Thanks!
