We purchased an all-electric ducted heat pump from Greenfoot in the fall. So far I am very happy with how it is working. Greenfoot was easy to deal with and took care of most of the permitting details and securing permits from our municipality. Sales staff were friendly and happy to discuss the various options for heat pumps. Alex and Wyatt handled our installation and they were amazing. Very prompt, professional, efficient, tidy. The crew, Mo, Jo and James, did an amazing job. Our job required some last minute trouble shooting that were worked out perfectly with minimal extra drilling as power had to be routed outside and up through a deck due to where our electrical panel is located in the house. They were also very conscious to make sure heads were centred in the rooms. Communication was great from getting updates on arrival time to changes that needed to be made. Great experience with the installation of a Mitsubishi mini-split system at my townhouse. I was also involved on behalf of my strata in three other installations by Greenfoot.
