No one ever responds. Phone calls get sent to voicemail and voicemails are never returned. There's never anyone ever at the office and no one responds to emails. This is so unprofessional and annoying.
Not good at all...
I saw they posted tow stickers on cars on Thanksgiving Day for expired tags which can’t even be addressed until after the holiday. Whenever you have serious issues the HOA is nowhere to be found. They don’t answer or return calls. Repairs that are serious and need urgent attention takes months to be addressed, the whole time maintenance is nowhere to be found on the property. HOA managers and Office Staff for sure could use some social skills training and manners. But great community to live in.
