The manager, Cindy, has a terrible nasty attitude. She swears and yells at her tenants. Shes clearly abusing her power. Do not rent from here unless Cindy is gone out of management.
There is a little community center, a little park for the kids, and Cindy the manager is amazing. She is so accommodating and it's location is close to downtown which is also nice.
Worst management ever. The gal would say one thing and do another. Unfortunately when I moved in they did not conduct a walk through. Not did I take pictures. When I moved out I was charged for damages that were there when I moved in. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom and still was charged a cleaning fee. I would never rent from Thomas and Associates again.
