Really nice place so quit owner so nice have any problwm fix asap i really like this place
807 E Maryland Ave has heating, plumbing, and electrical issues. The landlords wouldn't fix the heat and served me an eviction notice after I ask them to do so. The rent was paid in full $3300 for two months including the deposit. Don't even waste your time renting from them.
It’s in a nice area close to Walmart and not far from the interstate. Very quiet and hardly see my neighbors. They rarely have any available so that tells you something. The owners are AMAZING and have other businesses so that last review was probably a customer in the background. If something needs fixed they always make sure it’s done ASAP. If one is ever open i recommend contacting them and have money ready.
Called to inquire about an apt & When whoever answered , the people in their background was yelling and cursing . I instantly hung up & Became uninterested smh .
