I would recommend Greenfields. Very clean place, warm and family like atmosphere. The nurses on all shifts are just great. The over all staffing is very helpful with any situation. I am very pleased I place my family member here.

I am so honored to be working at Greenfield Senior Living at Cross-Keys. The staff is second to none , each department pours their heart into caring for each and every one of our residents . At our last family/residents meeting ,I was presented with a plaque that simply stated : "TOGETHER WE ARE A FAMILY. " Only five words but what a powerful statement! Together we really are family.
Greenfield Senior Living can only be described as a home away from home without feeling clinical, which is something that's hard to find. The staff are professional, supportive and caring in every way. I have also found the management to be approachable and willing to assist when needed. Overall, the community provides a high standard of care, not only physically but also socially and emotionally. I therefore highly recommend Greenfield Senior Living to anyone considering long term care.
I LOVE this community. After researching a number of different options I decided on Greenfield Senior Living. It has now been a couple of months since my father moved in. The staff and the level of care they provide are great, as are the surroundings, activities and food.
My mother has been here for two years. Can't even tell you how amazing this community makes her feel and knowing she is taken care of is of so much comfort to me.
There was an incidient with my grandmother at this facility and I will say that they did address the situation quickly however with that being said, they are more focused on the money and not the residents or their families. Needless to say, my grandmother has been moved and is doing wonderful now.
