I’ve been using their storage on two different occasions, once for over a year, and recently for 4 months. The prices are very good. The place is clean and safe. The staff is very friendly. The sign up process was very simple and quick. I was nicely surprised they don’t insist on insurance and selling a lock. Like most of the companies do. Overall this was great experience, and I highly recommend them.
My experience with this place is horrible. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all! The manager started yelling at me through the phone, demanding that she will need to charge me twice after she already charged me for the month of November. I was explaining to her my experience with previous storage units and I kindly asked her if she can give me time to go to Greenfield to pick up the stuff that I no longer wanted, since I no longer reside in town. Stored my most valuable possessions I inherited from my parents and when I went to pick up 2 years later everything was in tact a little dusty but what to expect I never once went and opened the door thank you very much I highly recommend greenfield self storage
Im absolutely pleased with this storage place . People are cool. It’s clean hours are reasonable. Prices are reasonable.
