I was really thrilled with the service from Doug. We have a toddler that is learning about toilet training (and the appropriate amount of toilet paper to use) and managed to clog an entire bathroom causing a leak, and Doug was great at diagnosing and fixing the problem, and coming up with a way to put in some preventative measures to avoid future issues. Doug is amazing, he not only understood my concern, I had a very unique challenge with some previous abandoned permits, he took care of that along with fixing the heater issue.
