Greenfield Nails in Chandler is one of the best nail shops I've ever received services. The environment inside is beautiful, the staff are always warm and friendly, and the work that comes out of this shop is consistently top quality. You won't be disappointed!
Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Greenfield Nails! After three years as a customer at Greenfield Nails in Chandler, I was disappointed by how a young male employee treated me during my recent visit. He rudely insisted I had no appointment before reviewing my confirmation, which showed it had been booked at Gilbert. Both locations have a technician named Tracy, which contributed to my confusion. I’ve been coming here for years. They have had a huge turnover in the last few months. Today…I was being charged for an added service I didn’t even have and a reshape nail charge for nails that already had the shape and the tech didn’t even have to touch. Instead of looking into it…the guy at the front argued that it’s a “special shape” and basically argued that “they still needed to be filed even if you don’t go shorter”.
