I’ve been coming here every two weeks for FOREVER for four services (two pedicures and two dip manicures) with a family member. I’ve always had amazing experiences — great customer service, friendly staff, and consistently good work. However, during my most recent visit, I left unhappy with my dip manicure. First time client. It was clean, bright, and they got us in within an hour when it seemed very busy. Welcomed in right away. Made the same day appointment. The tech was awesome. Pricing was pretty much as expected - it is what the going rate is currently for Gilbert. My daughter was thrilled with her full set of acrylics for HOCO! Satisfied client!
