I was originally scheduled with Hoaly as I requested, but something happened and my reservation wasn't in the computer. I was perfectly fine with rescheduling, I was scheduled an hour later with Ally. She was great! She was sweet and she did a great job! Now I have another tech that I can see if Hoaly is booked!
