Dallas is awesome! My apartment is perfect and my neighbors rock! The maintenence team is knowledgeable and the children are quiet! I love it here!!!
Very noisy, literally a gunfight in our parking lot, and got charged for things that were included in every other place I've lived. I was expected to pay for a cleaning after I'd had professionals come through and they claim 'nothing' was done, and somehow repainting the unfortunate kitchen cabinets is my responsibility? I used to highly recommend this place. I now say avoid it if you can.
