I have been dealing with a rapid decline with my father. I'm at my wits end. I did a drop in at Greenfield HC to take a tour and the admission director, Micha, had her backpack on and was locking up her office. Instead of turning me away because it was after hours (5pm) she unlocked her office and got settled back in and really listened to what I had to say. We toured the facility before transferring our daughter there from inpatient for rehab after cancer diagnosis. From first day we met Admissions Director, Micha Huber she made the process bearable when hospital kept changing discharge date. She helped every step of the way and gave us peace of mind we picked correct rehab facility. She cares about people and the patients. She’s goes above and beyond. We so appreciate her and the staff we’ve encountered so far the last 2 weeks.

From the beginning of my experience with Micah, I felt nothing but warm and welcoming and comfort for my mother going to Greenfield healthcare center. Rachelle was amazing in regard to working with us and my mother‘s care and Mary was amazing to work with in regard to the financial aspect of our experience. The care that my mother got from nurse Becky, nurse Heidi, and nurse Tammy Was genuine and comforting. There are no words for how appreciative I am.
