I would give 5 stars, and I should give 5 stars. Dr. Greenfield is a very good Dr. up until the last year or 2 after COVID. Of course. His billing company person call me about a bill that she's trying to get paid. 3 of them, actually, for over almost 2 years. And I call the insurance company. They tell me the billing department doesn't seem to recognize or comprehend. They said that the numbers that were on the bill they sent did not match the ones theyhave on file. Poor communication service at this place. Was seen by Dr. Andrew at the end of April. I was Directed to get MRIs and to come to drop off a Disc after getting the MRI. About 1 week later If not sooner i dropped off the disc. Waited a week to give them a call to ask about my results they stated they are still waiting and would call once they got them. Waited 2 more weeks still no phone call, called again today June 1st to see if my results were in. My results came back and thankfully all is well. However, no apologies for not ... read more
