Dr. Danielle Greenfield is great, but my insurance issues with this practice have been a nightmare!!! For 16 months I've tried to get insurance issues corrected between my son's pediatrician's office, my insurance office, and this office. They sent the bill for our last 2 visits to collections, even though I updated them every time I had new information to share. Dr. Teplica performed surgery on both of my feet in 2010. Turns out, I was allergic to the internal stitches. Not an earth-shattering, life-threatening allergy, but an allergy none the less. He told me to be sure I asked for non-synthetic stitches going forward. No problem! Wellllll....now it's 2026 and I need a spinal surgery. The staff at this practice monopolize the local homeowners parking spaces. Streets nearby have parking on only one side of the street. We come home from work and cannot find spots and then here comes the staff from Greenfield casually coming down the street laughing and chatting. I have asked them on more than one occasion to stop parking in front of my home. My husband is very ill, gets picked up by CCT, and has nurses coming to the house. Incredibly incosiderate to the surrounding neighborhood. Just yesterday one of them parked in front of my home(like they do every single day), pinning a rug we were throwing out to the curb so the trashmen couldn't collect it. Park in your own lot, or in the giant's lot. Not on the streets that are already packed to the gills. Should be a no brainer.
