My first ever car-buying experience was great at Greenfield Auto Specialists for my 2015 Prius V! John (in sales) was very responsive and helpful. He listened to all of my concerns, and unlike other used car salespeople, was honest and upfront with me about the risks and unknowns of buying a 10-year-old car. We have been buying our cars and having them fixed at Greenfield Auto Specialists since 2011 and it's always a great experience. We tend to like our cars a bit on the older side and Jonathan and Bill and crew are great at keeping them in tip top shape. Buying a car from John is easy and no-pressure. Their used cars are great and the service is top notch. Thanks for being so skilled, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!

We had a very positive experience. They hustled to get a part for us so that we would not need to rent a car and finished the project same day for a reasonable price. Communication was also great! Thank you! We will be back!
