My experience in this apartment has been great except for one major issue. My neighbors above me have a dog that barks and crys loudly what seems like every day. At all times of the day. I have met with Tim Fox to address the issue. He assured me it would be dealt with. As time goes on the issue is never addressed and I resorted to filing claims with the Humane Society in an effort to enforce my right to live in a quiet apartment.
