They want $23,800 to run power. This is inconceivable! there is a pole next door in a county right of way but they keep coming up with new excuses to run it 1,000 feet from the other direction. Time to Lawyer-Up!

Why does my electric bill go up and even more than double thru the winter months? I have gas heat so heating with electric is no excuse.. I'm here at this residents less than 6 hrs. a day weekly. From October to November i had a 50.00 increase? Will be at least 75.00 higher for December bill i expect. This seems to be the normal business terms every year in the winter..Use electric to heat or not you going to pay as if you did heat with it i guess..

You have to pay $300 to start service. I have never had to pay to turn on my electric until I moved here. I don't think its fair at all.
