Got another rent increase over the last two years from $850 to now $1200 a month there’s been minimal upgrades. It took 2 years to get a dishwasher. The other appliances are still from the 70s. The wallpaper has never been replaced in the bathroom also there’s black mold in the shower. They never replaced the kitchen floor. We had to put a rug down. I recommend never renting from this business. They’re just after the money.
