I have a rental property in Bristol VA and I physically live 6 hours away. This company was willing to work with me to remove a dead tree. He kept in touch with me, sent me a ton of pictures, and really made me feel like I was being made aware of everything! I highly recommend their service. Oh, and the price was lower than excepted too! :)
