I just had two upper teeth removed by Dr. Decoteau after years of procrastination & apprehension. At my first appointment Amy Binette, the implant coordinator, set my mind at ease, by carefully going through all the procedures and concerns that I had. I can't recommend this place. They failed to extract 2 of my teeth and charged me $1000 for the anesthesia that they used. Sure, the anesthesia was an expensive resource that they wouldn't be getting back, but I had to spend the next couple of weeks suffering in pain, bleeding out of my mouth and unable to eat solid food. On account of a doctor cutting my mouth open and then having to sew everything back together without having actually done anything. I have been to Dr. Decoteau twice now. Two years ago, he removed my upper wisdom teeth and recently, my lower ones. I can get very nervous for these kinds of things, but he and his entire staff are wonderful. He is caring, so knowledgeable and exudes confidence that makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. My husband had a consult for an implant with no x ray taken at the consult as he has not been in pain for a couple of months. He met with the dr for two minutes and the implant coordinator discussed payment. He obtained a 2nd opinion and the dentist took a current x ray and said if it was his tooth he would wait and not do an implant at this time. Dr. Madden was phenomenal! She set expectations every step of the way and exceeded them most of the time. She personally called me on a Friday night to check in after a procedure. The entire enterprise (at least the part I had exposure to) operates exceptionally well. The staff is off the charts for friendliness and courtesy.

Dr. Decoteau and his staff were so compassionate and had so much patience with me! I know I’m not an easy patient, but he put me at ease. I’ve had a two implants from Dr. Decoteau and would recommend him and his office to everyone!

She takes the time to thoroughly explain the process of a molar implant, explains the CT results and is very flexible. Trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Was told by referring physician and Dr Green that his office charged $400 for a CT scan but insurance only reimbursed $300. My out of pocket expense was to be $100 which I paid after my less than 5 min exam. Two weeks later I received an additional charge of $127 that no one explained. Turned out I didn't even need the CT scan as my previous scans showed I was not a candidate for braces. I paid for unnecessary imaging plus my credit was impacted by additional unknown charge.

Have had 3 teeth extracted over the years and have found that Dr. Torio extremely competent, professional and caring. His staff also reflects these attributes. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
