I am my husbands Care Giver and they come out to repair his wheelchairs a lot. My grievance is this, they will say you are first stop and then you wait forever that day. The other thing is today with Greg, June 22,2026, he came out. He was very polite but he came 30 minutes early without calling to ask if that was ok. Rachael Long is FABULOUS!! For the past 6 years I have struggled with getting my cpap supplies. She was attentive, excellent with communication & follow up (which even included reaching out to the provider multiple times) and so easy to work with!!
