The equipment is OK. Delivery is far from good. Ordering and delivery schedule was easy and pleasant BUT the driver called at about 10:00, and said he would be here at 3:00 - 3:30. At 4:05, he called and said he "had been stuck in traffic". When asked when he would be here he said "about 25-30 minutes". At 5:05, he finally showed up. He questioned the reason for returning the conservator even though the reason was on the work order. This was the second time (he's only delivered here twice) that he was well overdue. I am my husbands Care Giver and they come out to repair his wheelchairs a lot. My grievance is this, they will say you are first stop and then you wait forever that day. The other thing is today with Greg, June 22,2026, he came out. He was very polite but he came 30 minutes early without calling to ask if that was ok. I went up to Gold Star to get my husband his lunch and I was gone 10 minutes and he was here knocking on the door. I almost missed him.
