Ignacio helped us buy our first piano. We made an appointment to look at their used pianos based on a glowing recommendation from a friend. Our two kids have just begun lessons. Greene Music had a huge selection of lovely pianos that covered a lot of price points. I saw options from $2,500 all the way up to six figures! Great customer service and fair prices! Employees are honest and helpful, not pushy. They have a massive floor display of beautiful pianos! Call to make an appointment. Ignacio is very knowledgeable.
Fantastic selection but most importantly, to find the knowledge with guys like Ken Schoenwetter who took my just looking phase approach to delivery 4 days later to a new level. He not only knows the digital piano's as well as any rep ever, he cares and then offers lessons to help out what otherwise would be a challenging process to learn a very complicated and complex instrument. They are one of the last Piano stores standing, for a very good reason. Knowledgable Service!!
Bought a used Mason & Hamlin piano here through Ken, who is a very experienced salesperson. We got the best piano we could within our budget, and Greene Music sent out a technician who resolved a minor issue afterwards. The store has a good selection of quality used instruments in a variety of budgets, in addition to new pianos in all price ranges.
