Ignacio helped us buy our first piano. We made an appointment to look at their used pianos based on a glowing recommendation from a friend. Our two kids have just begun lessons. Greene Music had a huge selection of lovely pianos that covered a lot of price points. I saw options from $2,500 all the way up to six figures! I had been looking for a specific piano (Yamaha U1 upright in a gloss brown or mahogany) for quite some time.so I spend time searching online. I found one on Greene Music's site and scheduled a FaceTime appointment since I live in Oceanside and wanted to get basic information prior to driving to San Diego. Ignacio was amazingly helpful. Bought a used Mason & Hamlin piano here through Ken, who is a very experienced salesperson. We got the best piano we could within our budget, and Greene Music sent out a technician who resolved a minor issue afterwards. The store has a good selection of quality used instruments in a variety of budgets, in addition to new pianos in all price ranges.
We had a spectacular experience at Greene Music! Ken was one of the most passionate, knowledgeable salesmen i have worked with and he helped us find the perfect piano for our space and family. Would highly recommend you try them first!
Had a terrific experience purchasing a digital piano at Greene Music. The space is huge, well organized ans a spectacular showroom offering a wide selection of pianos ranging from beginner uprights to concert grand pianos. Ignacio was super knowledgable, professional and provided helpful guidance making the process of finding the perfect piano both easy and enjoyable. This is the second time I bought a piano from them. Highly recommend Greene.
