Came to look at the Pianos looking for a Digital with weighted keys. I was greeted upon entering the store and got immediate help. I was given many options and when I decided on my piano I was given a demonstration on the chosen piano. Selection is excellent and the staff is not pushy and VERY knowledgeable! I am so glad I came in! And I got my upgraded Piano! Will be delivered in 2 weeks. I am completely satisfied!
I’m a returning customer to Greene Music. I initially bought a 2018 Kawai K15 from Greene two years ago as my first acoustic piano. It was a great starter piano for me to learn on. I went back to Green a week ago and found a new 2025 Yamaha B3 SC3 (silent piano). This one is perfect for me living in a condo to be able to play at any time of the day (acoustic) or night (digital) using headphones. I went to Greene .Music to look at some Pianos. Ken was so helpful. He explained the pros and cons of each of the pianos, played each one so i could hear the sounds and was super professional and nice. I had to wait until my son came back from school to see how good the used piano sounded to a musician. My son really liked the sound. So, thank you Ken!
I was referred to this store from a concert pianist in my peer network. They spent a lot of time with me showing off the pianos, and talking through the differing features. They give good customer service, communicate well, are very friendly, and have competitive prices. I generally felt they are deeply interested in taking care of the customer - a rarity this day in age.
