Ignacio helped us buy our first piano. We made an appointment to look at their used pianos based on a glowing recommendation from a friend. Our two kids have just begun lessons. Greene Music had a huge selection of lovely pianos that covered a lot of price points. I saw options from $2,500 all the way up to six figures! I had been looking for a specific piano (Yamaha U1 upright in a gloss brown or mahogany) for quite some time.so I spend time searching online. I found one on Greene Music's site and scheduled a FaceTime appointment since I live in Oceanside and wanted to get basic information prior to driving to San Diego. Ignacio was amazingly helpful. Bought a used Mason & Hamlin piano here through Ken, who is a very experienced salesperson. We got the best piano we could within our budget, and Greene Music sent out a technician who resolved a minor issue afterwards. The store has a good selection of quality used instruments in a variety of budgets, in addition to new pianos in all price ranges.
