They staff is nice, they owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. Twice I have brought my dog there for progesterone testing. The first time I was told that their machine was a little off and needed to be recalibrated. I used them for 3 different tests and wasted money. They do not use a secondary lab to confirm. I ended up coming to For Lauderdale/Miami area to use studs vet and they ran their progesterone testing. Do not use! Just overheard a phone conversation with my friend talking to owner and he was so rude. I can’t believe an owner of an company would talk to a long time customer. The staff if friendly but as we all know it starts from the owners/management and goes down from there.
RecommendedConsidering this new Covid way, everything went smoothly. My little Clover did well. The staff was great and Dr. Strickland even came out to introduce himself in the rain! what a Champ! Great job you guys for making this experience enjoyable under the circumstances!
I have dealt with this office a lot in the past month making sure our animals are ready to travel for finals. They have been amazing. Always so nice and helpful on the phone and in person! Great customer service!!!
I saw dr Travis holland with a mystery lameness gelding. He helped locate and fix the issue. Wonderful and fair ($) staff. Thanks!
