Seeing Dr. Greene was the worst mistake i have ever made. The result of his care cost me my job, my reputation, and left me homeless. Because of those resons there was no way for me to seem credable enoff to get leagal reprisentation so he will probably get away with it also. The kicker was when he testified in letter form for my devorice stating; as long as i see him i can have visitation. ie. "continue paying me $400 twice a month and you can see your son" In the end i did not see him or my son. It brakes my heart not to s... read more

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Is this business handicap-accessible? No, I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? No

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this psychiatrist offer flexible appointment times? Yes Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? Yes, I always had their full attention

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this psychiatrist offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!
