Good people but, unfortunately, we've had issues with communication, scheduling, check ins and office cleanliness. Not the best environment for someone with OCD.
I gotta say, I like this place. Dr. Paulo Rodriguez is a great guy, and really does his practice well. But man. The front desk, or whoever is in charge of sending out renewals on your monthly prescriptions, have to be the most frustrating and incompetent folks I’ve ever had to deal with. I have to reach out multiple times in a row in the hopes that they will renew, I call multiple times over the span of a day or two, it just goes to voicemail over and over. Ran 3 appointments without proper insurance without informing me it wasn't going through, I now owe him $565. I am on free state insurance because I can't afford it and owe him over a half k. He hasn't offered a sliding scale. I asked. I came to him with a misdiagnosis. He switched my meds, thank god, but kind of did so on the basis of what I told him I thought my symptoms more closely aligned to.
