Ever wonder why people come here when they close so early and don't open on weekends? I sure did, and I regret going to other optometrists for the weekend appointments. This place is top quality. The exam with Dr. Wasz was conducted properly and not rushed. As with good practice, she ensured that prescription is accurate and sufficient (not unnecessarily high). I visited on 12/01/2023. A routine eye exam turned into an 18-month headache!!!!!!!Although the clinic was listed as in-network and the full copay was settled at the appointment, monthly statements have been arriving ever since, demanding the difference between the clinic’s list price and the insurer’s negotiated rate. Vision-insurance support confirmed that no further payment is required, yet the bills keep coming. The visit itself was equally disappointing. What an amazing experience! They have some super cool state-of-the-art equipment. Totally blew me away! The staff at this office are great.
