I've been coming here for several years and have ALWAYS been treated very well. Dr. Mindi is just wonderful. You never feel as though you're being rushed and she addresses any questions you might have. The ladies at the front are friendly and welcoming. I've seen the negative reviews and I'm sorry those people had unpleasant experiences, but personally, I think they're great and wouldn't go anywhere else!
I got glasses here end of 2022. Paid a ridiculous amount for a pair I was unhappy with. Had been told they would work with me if I had trouble, but after I paid I was just told too bad, its normal for things to be blurry. I couldn't afford another pair so I am still stuck with these, and even tho they are supposed to make it easy to read and see distance, if I don't take them off to read I get headaches.
