Staff is very kind. Quick service. Used my insurance. Easy
I called to schedule an appt for both of my kids to get exams and glasses, when I called I spoke to a woman about confirming the appt I made 2 months ago for my kids, she then Informs me that my kids are not on the schedule and that no appt was made I told her about a letter I received if that made any kind of a difference she told me no that there was no appt set for my kids… when I told her I had been waiting 2 months for this appt she told me I could come in with the letter I received and they could then schedule me!!!! Very good helping me find glasses
I had a good experience here. The staff were friendly and easy to talk to and the eye doctor was very friendly. She did both mine and my daughters eye exam. Ordering glasses for my daughter was easy the staff helped picking out the right size and showed us which ones would be in our insurance price range.
