Jessie Campbell installed a complete mini-split heating and air conditioner for me. I’ve mailed and called him multiple times for issues and I believe only once or twice has he returned my call. During the very cold snap this past winter I called many times as my new unit would not maintain above 57 degrees. He never responded. Finally, I called Daikin and they gave me the name of another company to service the unit. They arrived and after two hours found the back up heat strip was never programmed to work.
