Friendly and fast service.
Had a very complicated case with Probate and transferring a title. So helpful. Told me everything she was doing. We had been messing around with this for 2 months and she got it settled and with a smile. Can’t thank her enough. . Won’t go anywhere else. Well done!
This is the friendliest government office I've ever been in my life
The incompetence here is unreal. I’ve never been surrounded by more people who will do everything they can NOT to help you. I had all my ducks and paperwork in a row and they had no idea what they were doing. They eventually admitted they were wrong then STILL WOULDN'T help me…crazy, must have been too close to end of day for them…. Avoid the Xenia Title Office and go to Fairborn. This does not apply to every employee here…I’ve had a couple good experiences too.
