i love it here! green, quiet, and gorgeous. parking is never an issue. the community is wonderful.
There is a lady in the office Trish. She is absolutely terrible. The experience I’ve had with her mouth and customers service is in the toilet. The amount of money payed in hoa fees to live here in these conditions are horrific. This place is old and falling apart. They will not do anything about it. To own a home with plumbing that they can’t locate or fix is disgraceful. We now have to live with sewage in the main air vent of the condo. That they can not find. I was told no leak was found Sewage just appears from thin air.... read more
Horrible HOA. My son has had a huge hole in his wall (and a roof leak) for two years. HOA will not fix it or even respond to messages. We'll be suing them soon.
Friendly neighborhood and wonderful schools.
