I walked over and told them the garbage disposal was not working and the sink was very slow draining because of it. The maintenance guy, was here within 30 minutes, fixed the issue within 5 minutes . Works great.
The maintenance request I put in for my kitchen light bulb replacement was promptly done in less than 4hrs from the time I put in the request. I was highly impressed and satisfied with the job done. I give it to the apartment maintenance team for being ontop of their game.
Chris in office was nice and helpful. My apartment was clean and sanitized good.
I scheduled a tour online to see a two bedroom unit. I arrived about 10minutes early with my toddler so I wait in the car till it's closer to my appt time. After about 5 mins of being there a man comes and starts banging on my window asking why I'm there. I say (again my toddler is with me and I just want this loud strange man away from us) I have a tour here at 11.
