Lady told me she wouldn't help me when I was just trying to get a free COVID test will never go back again
Made an appt, showed up early only to be told the Dr is late. Waited over an hour, finally went up and asked for an update only to be told “maybe another hour… hopefully”. Second time I’ve had an experience like that here. Won’t ever go back.
I made an appointment a month in advance. Took off work to be here, didnt have PTO left, got wrote up for not being at work on time. All to have the nurse arrive 5 minutes late to then be informed that there's no doctor working today. I was told I made the appointment to far in advance. ( Isnt that recommended?)
