I was out of the country for vacation and I received a call from the receptionist (Tequila)about an alleged debt that I do not owe. The call was handled in a very rude and unprofessional manner. When I tried to explain that she may have been contacting the wrong person, she interrupted me and told me to “calm down,” which was completely inappropriate.
