How would you ever know when they can assist with your automotive needs if they do not answer the phone.
This is solely a message to get this place to call my son or I back about his truck they have had for two days! We need to talk to them and cannot get through, they either immediately hang up the phone when they answer or we get a Verizon message saying it’s busy and to try again. Please call the numbers you have on file for the white Ford Ranger that was towed into your place late Wednesday, 3/27/19 evening IMMEDIATELY!
brought my car in several years ago, tie rods needed to be worked on, as the day went on I realized they(Greendale had worked on them previous year. went into my glove box and low and behold there was the receipt showing that all the work they wanted us to get done to pass inspection had already been done the previous year! ever since the the tie rods have been an issue at inspection time. Sherman and Dana are awesome......been taking my car there since 2003. They are upfront and honest with you on the issues of your vehicle, what to expect, how they can keep the costs low. The mechanics they have working for them do a great job in a reasonable time frame and they are always willing to work you in if it's an emergency situation. I would like to say Thank you to Dana and the technicians for fixing my truck. The customer service was outstanding and Dana went over everything in detail. I had asked them to install a part on my truck that I thought would correct the problem, instead of installing the incorrect part they were able to tell me what the issue was which saved me a little money. Thank y'all again.
Someone stopped me at a stoplight and gestured for me to roll down my window to let me know that my brake lights were out. I rolled in to Greendale and asked if they could look at it. They looked at it, figured out what was wrong, got the part, and fixed my car for $32 in under 30 minutes. I am a fan. #GreendaleAuto #BestCustomerService
So pleased that we have found such a reliable and honest auto service shop. Sherman is tops. My Dad and brother loved them and it's easy to understand why.
