Moved here 1 month ago and I am very satisfied with the apartment. The society is very peaceful and the maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner.
Since I came here, I’ve encountered a few issues, but they were all promptly addressed and resolved. Jovice, the manager, is always cheerful and handles problems sincerely. Naza and Melvin from the technical team are highly skilled, kind, and dependable. Thanks to their efforts, the garden is always in great condition. The area has good security and is in an excellent school district. I am satisfied with my life here.
Greendale is a good place to live. I'd like to especially compliment the leasing office staff and the maintenance staff - Naza and Melvin in particular are always extremely helpful, responsive, and warm. Living in Greendale, you always know any issues will be taken care of.
Leasing office and maintenance staff are very responsive and supportive. We have had multiple sink clogging/draining issues, and every time the maintenance staff came and fixed everything within 1 to 2 days. I really appreciate how Greendale apartments staff are taking residents’ needs with high priority.
