We lived in Greendale apartments for 5 amazing years! Jovice and team has always been quick on responding and addressing issues. It’s a great place for couples and families. Neighbors are very respectful and keep to themselves. We miss it dearly as it’s minutes from walking/driving distance to great restaurants and shops. I always recommend Greendale apartments for anyone looking for a place to rent in MV! We miss Greendale apartments! Hi Jovice! I hope everyone is doing well.
We have been living at Greendale Apartments for the last 5 years and really like the community. The society is clean, peaceful, and family-friendly. It’s nice to see kids playing around. Maintenance service is very quick, and they resolve issues promptly whenever there are any issues. Naza from maintenance is great, always ready to help, and the manager Jovice is very responsive and helpful.
Greendale is a great apartment. I have been living here for 3 months and it has been a wonderful experience. The environment is similar to Japanese garden so I really enjoy it. All of my friends admire Greendale whenever they visit. Jovice is one of the nicest manager I have ever met. Overall, Greendale is awesome.
Updated review: We have been constantly dealing with the smell of weed in the early hours of the morning. We have to close our windows and turn on the air conditioning to avoid our apartment stinking up and management has not been helpful to address this issue head on. We have been very patient but this has been going on for months and is completely unacceptable especially with a young child at home.
